   海南大學經(jīng)管學院求知論壇系列講座之“推開就業(yè)之窗——如何成功面試”于5月25日晚7：30在3-310舉行，本次講座由我院鄭遠強副教授主講，來自各學院的300余名同學共同聆聽了此次講座。

鄭遠強副教授在人力資源開發(fā)與管理、市場就業(yè)信息研究、社會資源分析等方面有很深的造詣。在講座中，鄭遠強副教授以輕松幽默的語言向同學分析了人力資源開發(fā)與管理的要點。首先，他以圖表的形式向同學們講述了面試前的一些準備工作，并建議及時做好自我能力評估表；之后，他以具體事例介紹了面試的一些實用經(jīng)驗；最后，同學們積極參與模擬情景面試，積極提問，鄭老師對同學門的問題一一進行了答復并向大家贈送了自己的新書。

通過本次講座，同學們更深入了解了成功面試的訣竅和應注意的一些細節(jié)和問題，為培養(yǎng)良好的就業(yè)技巧打下了基礎(chǔ)。
